Thomas G. Marshall, 80, of Dover passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Ohio's Hospice Truman House.
He was born on July 6, 1943, in Gipsy, Pennsylvania, to the late Clyde and Ruth Gromley Marshall. Thomas was also preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl K. Marshall on April 14, 2018; son, Jon K. Marshall, and brother, James Marshall.
