Timothy A. "Tim" Spaar

Timothy A. "Tim" Spaar, age 61, of Waynesburg, and a former resident of Somerdale, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2016.

Born March 26, 1954, he was a son of the late Joseph and Geneva Berry Spaar. Tim graduated from Tuscarawas Valley High School, and was employed by Republic Steel-LTV at Canton for nearly thirty years. Additionally, he was a former volunteer firefighter for Fairfield Township, Tuscarawas County.

Survivors include his sons, Keith Spaar of Bolivar, and John "J.C." (wife, Tabitha) Spaar of Mineral City; his four grandchildren; his sister, Laura Allen; his brother, Rick (wife, Paula) Spaar of Tuscarawas; his sister-in-law, Jill Spaar of Florida; and his nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his three sisters and two brothers.

In keeping with Tim's wishes, there will be no visitation or ceremony.
