Trevor E. Berndt

Trevor E. Berndt, 33 of Newcomerstown passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 following injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.

Born on June 3, 1991, in Canton he was a son of Edward and Heather Berndt of Newcomerstown and Launna Schupp of New Philadelphia.

Trevor's educational journey began at Newcomerstown High School, and at Buckeye Career Center. He had been employed at Tusc Construction Supply in Dover and worked at Clark Clay Sand and Gravel in Newcomerstown for many years.

An avid outdoorsman, Trevor enjoyed spending his free time hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley. He treasured the moments he shared with friends, fully embracing the beauty of nature and the thrill of adventure. Trevor brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around him. He was well known for his great personality and ability to light up any room; you always knew when Trevor had arrived.

In addition to his parents, Trevor is also survived by his siblings, Damien Nay (companion, Nina) of Florida, Lexi (Evan) Foltz of Kent, and Louy Berndt (companion, Brianca) of Cambridge. He is also remembered by extended family members, Jody and Carl Lehman, Travis and April Lehman, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his cherished dog, Rosco.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
