Vincent F. "Bud" Weber, age 67, of Dundee, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017, in his home, following a long illness.
Born February 7, 1949, in Dover, he was a son of the late Clair and Betty Beckley Weber. Bud graduated from Dover High School in 1968, and went on to serve ten years in the United States Air Force much of that time during the Vietnam War. He married the former Carolyn Kuemerle on June 5, 1971 at the Royal Air Force Base in Lakenheath, England. Following his discharge, Bud worked for Reese Trucking of Dover from which he retired.
Bud enjoyed being with family and friends, travel, and fishing. He loved to play cards, especially Jass, and he was very fond of dogs he traveled his neighborhood with a pocketful of Milk Bone dog biscuits for all of his dog-friends.
He was a life member of the Dover post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a formerly participated with the post's color guard.
Survivors include his loving wife, Carolyn; his sons, Drexel and Christian Weber, both of Dundee; his grandchildren, Andy, Amberlynn, Drexel II and Kera; his great-grandson, Collin; his sister, Carolyn "Cookie" (Bill) Pugh of Stafford, Virginia; his brothers, Tom Weber of Uhrichsville, and David Weber of Wainwright; and his many nieces and nephews.
