Vincent J. ''Vince'' Contini

Vincent J. ''Vince'' Contini, 84, of Dover and formerly a 30-year resident of Sarasota, Florida, died Thursday, September 27, 2001 in the Hennis Care Centre at Dover.

A former employee of Dover Appliance, Vince retired from I.F. Manufacturing.

Born August 25, 1917, at Dover, he was son of the late Michael & Gemma Contini.

Vince was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover and had been a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Sarasota. He had been a member of the Sarasota Player's Theater Association. He was also an Army veteran.

A dedicated husband, father and grandfather, Vince is survived by his wife, Betty Aeschlimann Contini.

In addition to his parents, Vince was preceded in death by 3 brothers and a sister.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 29, at 10:00am in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Fr. William Arnold officiating. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Friend may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8pm.
