Virginia J. Fisher

Virginia J. Fisher, 90 of Dover died Friday, November 26, 1999 at the New Dawn Health Care Center following a brief illness.

She worked part-time with her husband Bud at the Scott's Five & Dime store in Dover for many years.

Born June 28, 1909 in Kearney, Nebraska she was a daughter of the late Harry and Bertha Nelson Crawford.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dover and the Mary Hannah Circle.  She was also a member of the Eastern Star.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Joel 'Bud' Fisher who died on February 13, 1963.

She is survived by a son:  Mark Fisher of Dover.

One daughter:  Vicki and Bob Page of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Two granddaughters:  Michelle and Jennifer.

6 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a great grandson: Nathan

4 brothers and one sister.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 29, 1999 at 1:00 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev.
