Virginia L. "Ginnie" Duff

Virginia L. “Ginnie” Duff, 76, of Strasburg passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018 in the Hennis Care Centre at Bolivar.

Born November 3, 1942 in Dover, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Louise Ball Reed. Ginnie was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. “Chuck” Duff on March 4, 2004.

She was a 1960 graduate of Strasburg High School. Ginnie and Chuck enjoyed following their children throughout the years with different sporting events, and also spending time with their grandchildren.

Ginnie is survived by her children, Jeff (Heather) Duff of Strasburg, Heidi (Chad) Carruthers of Beach City; grandchildren, Eric and Hannah Duff and Mattison Carruthers.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 23rd at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Rev. David Wing officiating. Following the service a funeral luncheon will be held at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Private family burial will be held later in the day in the Grandview Union Cemetery at Strasburg. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
