William D. Stoll Sr.

William D. "Willy" Stoll, 57, of Dundee, Ohio died Tuesday morning, March 15, 2011 in his home following a brief illness.

Born January 19, 1954 in Dover, he was the son of the late Sylvia Mae (Stoll) Pittman.

Bill retired from the former Belden Brick Company at Strasburg where he worked for thirty three years.
He was a 1973 graduate of Strasburg-Franklin High School. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed music from the 60's and was an avid Beatles fan.

He is survived by his wife Jennie (Pickar) Stoll with whom he would have celebrated 37 years on Dec. 21; two children William Stoll Jr. and Stacie Stoll both of Strasburg; three grandchildren Dustin Scott Stoll and Gaven Stoll and Hope "Lexi" Brill; a sister, Amy Colucy of Massillon.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Pittman.

At Bill's request, cremation will take place and inurnment will be in the Grandview Union Cemetery at Strasburg. Pastor Jason Snyder will celebrate Bill's life on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 2pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory at Dover. A reception will follow in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. The family will receive friends on Saturday from noon until 2pm.
