William L. Martin Sr.

William L. "Bill" Martin Sr., 73, formerly of Candlelight Lane, Dover died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 in the Hennis Care Centre at Dover following a brief illness.

Born January 19, 1939 in Uhrichsville, Ohio, he was the son of the late William J. and Marjorie (Bigler) Martin.

Bill retired in 2001 from Buehler's Food Market in Dover following 37 years of service.

He attended Jerusalem Church in New Philadelphia and was a graduate of Dennison High School. He enjoyed traveling.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Vicki (Shawn) Graziano of Glendale, Arizona and his son, William "Bill" Martin Jr. of New Philadelphia; three grandsons Justin Graziano and William and Brian Martin; a great granddaughter, Peyton Martin and his former wife, Nancy.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory at Dover. At Bill's request, there are no services or visitation.
