Wilma K. Herman, 80, of 542 E. Wills Ave., Dover, Ohio died Sunday, March 2, 2003 in her home following an extended illness.
Wilma was a bookkeeper at the former Kenny & Pete�(TM)s Floor Covering at Dover. She also was formerly the manager at the lunch counter of the former Woolworth�(TM)s Store in downtown Dover.
Born April 14, 1922 in Dover, she was the daughter of the late George and Ora Price Kreamer.
She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church at Dover and its Clara Sullivan Group. She was also involved with Little Theatre of Tuscarawas County and the Tuscarawas Valley Chapter of AARP.
She was preceded in death by her husband Pete Herman who died March 18, 1995.
She is survived by three sons Gail (Cheri) Herman of Dover, Gary (Diane) Herman of Macon, Georgia and Bart Herman of Dover; six grandchildren Shelli Kay (Ray) Cansler, Ami Jo (Jerry) Fitzpatrick, Shannon Lee (Jeff) Lewis and Blake Elliott Herman all of Georgia Adam Troy Herman and his fiancé Cheryl Myers of Strasburg and Aaron Allan Herman of Dover; five great grandchildren, Cody, Samantha, Sean, Megan, and Dylan all of Georgia;one sister, Louise Espenschied of Satellite Beach, Florida. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Kay Herman and a half sister, Lillian Antonelli.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2003 at 2 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev. Glen Shedlock officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. A reception will follow at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday (today) from 6-9 pm.
