The Monarch Center

In 1999, Toland-Herzig acquired the former Friendly's Restaurant building located on the Boulevard between Dover and New Philadelphia. A complete renovation of the 2,600 square foot facility was undertaken, and, in September 2000, our doors opened to the community.

The Monarch Center has been designed as a multi-functional facility with the ability of handling groups of up to 100 people at any given time. The center is completely accessible and beautifully decorated.

The Monarch Center is available for family gatherings and to serve the meeting needs of businesses and organizations in the Tuscarawas Valley. The center includes both large and small meeting areas equipped with an audio visual system as well as a full service kitchen for day conferences, workshops and training sessions.

Catering can also be arranged with a variety of dining options. Every Monarch Center event will be tailored to meet individual needs and exceed expectations.
